How to Use McNett Anti-Fogs for Dive Masks

Preclean With Sea Buff™
Clean new masks with Sea Buff™ Mask Pre-Cleaner. This removes the silicone leeched from the mask skirt and other factory residues on the lens. Regular cleaning with Sea Buff eliminates dirt, algae, mold and other contaminants that interfere with anti-fog performance.
Step 1:
Apply a small amount of Sea Buff to inside and outside of lens. Rub aggressively, rinse and repeat.

Step 2:
Buff with a soft, dry cloth until clean, then rinse thoroughly.

Step 3:
After cleaning with Sea Buff, apply Sea Gold, Sea Drops or Sea Quick to inside of dry lenses.

Step 4:
Rub in anti-fog with fingers.

Step 5:
Rinse in a swimming pool, freshwater or saltwater.

Use Freesole to permanently re-bond a peeling boot rand. First remove dirt, then clean the bonding area with Cotol-240™ (best) or
rubbing alcohol and a stiff brush. Apply Freesole in the gap. Tape or clamp firmly
in place and dry overnight. When taping,
insert a pen to apply pressure
directly on the rand.

Minimize condensation in tents by keeping upper tent vents open, and lower vents clear of sleeping bags, pads and other bulky items.
